What you choose to share
The launch list asks for an email address. Consultation interest asks for your name and email, with optional phone number, age range, gender and broad interests. Some interests may reveal information about wellbeing; you can leave them blank or choose “I’d rather not say”. We do not request diagnoses, medicines, test results, exact dates of birth or information about children.
The practitioner form asks for your name and email, with optional professional contact details and areas of interest. Do not send patient information. These forms are intended for adults aged 18 or over.
Why we ask
With your agreement, we use the details to contact you about the launch or service you selected and to understand broad interest in our future offering. Registration is not a booking, clinical assessment or promise of access. It does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing.
Storage and access
When registration is enabled, submitted details are stored in private Vercel Blob storage, accessible through authorised credentials rather than public website links. Vercel provides the hosting and storage infrastructure. Data processing locations depend on the service configuration and may be outside your country. We do not intentionally write submitted names, emails, phone numbers or wellbeing interests to application logs.
The hosting provider may process technical request information to operate and secure the website. Read Vercel’s privacy notice ↗ for its role. No advertising trackers or analytics scripts are included in this build.
Your choices
Optional fields can stay empty. You can ask to see or correct your registration, withdraw your agreement, or ask us to delete it by emailing the address above. We may need to confirm that the request comes from the person who registered. Your rights depend on the laws that apply to you.
Keeping information only as needed
Registration details should only be held for the stated launch or enquiry purpose, not indefinitely. The live registration process must have a confirmed retention schedule and an owner responsible for deletion before it is enabled.
Registration availability
Online registration is not open yet. Disabled forms do not send or save your details. Before registration opens, this notice will be updated with the confirmed business identity, storage configuration and retention arrangements.
