Why I started
Cell Supernatural.
My professional background is in functional aesthetics, with years spent working with clients from a private studio in London. I am also a qualified health coach, with a longstanding interest in supplementation, nutrition, lifestyle and health.
As the mother of a neurodivergent child, I have spent almost a decade researching neurodivergence, neuroinflammation, neurological function, cellular health, nutrition and gut health. That work has sharpened the way I understand and assess supplements.
Supplements are a significant part of my day-to-day life, but I am highly selective about what I use. I consider the complete formulation: bioavailability, ingredient quality and sourcing, dosage and delivery systems.
Cell Supernatural brings that knowledge, professional experience and scrutiny into one place. Alongside our educational work, I will offer health coaching consultations, with medical consultations available through my business partner, an MD, when we launch.
